乾燥方法對豆渣機能性成分及其染劑吸附能力之影響

豆渣為豆製品副產物,富含膳食纖維,但由於高水分含量因此須儘速乾燥以利後續應用。本研究目的為評估應用射頻乾燥、熱風乾燥和冷凍乾燥製備豆渣粉的條件,比較不同乾燥方式對於豆渣中膳食纖維與異黃酮含量,及其對番紅、甲基藍和孔雀石綠等工業染劑吸附能力之影響,並進一步探討豆渣粉吸附染劑之機制。結果顯示,相較於熱風乾燥(60oC, 5 hour)和冷凍乾燥(-40oC, 60 millitorr, 10 hour),射頻條件高功率搭配12 cm極版間距可於極短時間內(15 min)完成豆渣乾燥。不同的乾燥方式對豆渣中的膳食纖維含量無明顯影響,但以射頻乾燥的豆渣所保留的異黃酮含量顯著高於熱風乾燥和冷凍乾燥。豆

渣屬於中孔結構,過篩與否對於豆渣的吸附能力並無影響,濾紙過濾可更有效地測定吸光值以計算吸附率。在pH 6的環境下,豆渣僅需極低劑量(1.67 g/L)可於短時間(5 min)內達到吸附平衡。透過紅外線吸收光譜分析發現與染劑鍵結之官能基主要為O-H、C-O-C和N-H。掃描式電子顯微鏡結果顯示豆渣與低濃度染劑反應後,表面部分孔隙被填滿變得平滑,但仍具有許多孔洞,表示豆渣具有可吸附高濃度染劑之潛力。射頻乾燥豆渣對番紅、甲基藍和孔雀石綠之吸附行為以及熱風乾燥豆渣對孔雀石綠之吸附行為均符合Langmuir、Freundlich和Pseudo-second-order模式;熱風乾燥豆渣對番紅和甲基藍之吸

電力系統之接地包括大樓、工廠、礦場或供公眾使用之建築物等相關設施,其接地方式有系統接地與設備接地外,尚有電子、通訊,避雷及電氣防蝕等設備,其目的在系統發生故障時,藉由連接導體將故障電流導入大地洩放,以確保電氣設備及操作人員之安全。而接地系統在一個標準理想的狀態下,接地電阻須與大地同電位其電阻值應趨近於零歐姆,但在實際施工過程中是不可能等於零歐姆。當故障電流發生時,會產生地電位湧升電壓值 (Ground potential rise) 之大小及對於人員及機具設備損害程度外,接地分析通常以接地電阻的大小、電位梯度、接觸電壓及地電位湧升電壓作為安全考量的依據。本研究使用化學肥料之氯化鉀、硫酸銨、尿

素及粒狀高爐礦渣等材料,應用於接地電阻改良劑施作,加入不同比例的水、稻草及粗鹽,並考慮電阻係數與接觸電壓等因素,找出一個有效組合作為接地電阻改良劑之用。以直接埋設接地銅棒與填充接地降阻劑及組合式接地電阻改良劑,進行實驗分析,證明本研究所提出之組合式接地電阻改良劑,是可以有效地降低接地電阻值。最後本研究也依據IEEE Std.80標準2013提出接地系統設計安全評估及用戶用電設備裝置規則之規定,依不同地質電阻率計算接地設備的最大容許接觸電壓、步間電壓及最小埋設位置與方式。若在高電阻係數地區,如直接埋入接地銅棒是無法取得符合法規標準之接地電阻值,所以本論文建議接地工程在施作時,接地銅棒應採用埋入式

串聯裸銅線連接絕緣引線之方式。根據實驗結果,本論文所提出組合式接地電阻改良劑施作與應用,是可以有效解決接地工程施作中,無法達到規範標準值困境,同時也探討接地設備的安全評估及環境保護問題。
