研究目的:經由本研究探索出幹細胞及其衍生物之合法商業策略。研究方法:本研究針對五大本文研究主題,採質性研究法策略探索個案研究之方式進行。依據個人從事幹細胞及衍生物之實際學理與經驗為基礎,並蒐集符合三角驗證法之次級資料及各種資訊進行探索,探討與分析。並選擇六位幹細胞及其衍生物之學界,業界,與通路界菁英進行深度訪談,並將個人與深度訪談內容做成研究結果,最後歸納所有結果做成本文結論。研究結果與結論:(1).選用新生兒臍帶做為幹細胞產製品國際化商業合法用途之來源。(2).設立符合國際標準的幹細胞實驗室,並製造合法幹細胞產製品。(3).應該生產外泌體與生長因子做為國際化商業合法用途 。(4).中國可以
