The food industry is considering this new way of delivering food, and companies around the world are already testing this service, but to be a viable resource some research about the potential aspects to consider at the

time of implementing is needed. This study attempts to develop a comprehensive research framework to identify the key success factors for the adoption of a drone-based food delivery service that can give ground for its implementation. The empirical result illustrated that right permissions & regula

tions, public safety, environmental impact, privacy and drone noise are the most important aspects to consider for using drones for food delivery.
