目的:本研究目的在探討青少年女子田徑選手敏捷能力與身體組成及體能因子之關聯。方法:取樣13-18歲女子田徑選手93人,平均年齡14.9±1.3歲,平均身高160.1±5.7公分,平均體重52.3±6.5公斤。每位選手分別進行9項測量,包括身高、體重、脂肪率及去脂體重等4項身體因子測量,以及坐姿體前彎、藥球(坐姿胸推前拋)、垂直跳(插腰蹲跳)、六角敏捷及簡單視覺反應等5項體能因子測量。數據以SPSS統計軟體處理,分別進行描述性統計和皮爾森積差相關、以及逐步回歸分析,統計顯著水準訂為=.05。結果:相關分析結果顯示六角敏捷能力表現與四項因子具顯著相關,分別為視覺反應(r=.464)、年齡(r=

-.364)、垂直跳(r=-.428)與藥球胸推前拋(r=-.309)。逐步回歸則選入視覺反應、年齡、垂直跳3個因子為預測變項,三者累計R2為.337。本研究測量的身體組成和體能因子與六角敏捷測驗的相關程度並不高,其中簡單視覺反應、年齡與垂直跳三者的解釋變異量僅33.7%,因此,敏捷測驗在選手的體能評估中有其獨特性。比較能預測敏捷表現的因子為視覺反應,這可能是因為兩者均涉及控制肌肉的神經機制。
